Jon and Andrew Polenberg Bond at The Bar

Becker & Poliakoff shareholder Jon Polenberg and attorney Andrew Polenberg have teamed up to write a chapter in the latest edition of The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation in Florida. The duo wrote the prestigious book’s chapter four, Commercial Arbitration. Considered a “must-have” manual for business practitioners and litigators in Florida, this ninth edition of the book presents current authorities and succinct discussions of the complex issues vital to handling commercial cases.

“Our chapter examines commercial dispute arbitration in Florida,” says Jon Polenberg. “We emphasize the Florida Arbitration Code and rules of private organizations providing arbitration services, principally the American Arbitration Association.”

“We are of course honored that The Florida Bar asked us to contribute to this edition,” adds Andrew Polenberg. “We really strived to convey both the scope and intricacies of Florida’s arbitration process.”

Jon Polenberg’s practice focuses on commercial litigation at the state and federal levels as well as arbitration matters. Andrew Polenberg concentrates on complex commercial litigation.
