FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, March 6, 2013 – Becker & Poliakoff is pleased to announce that attorneys Candace C. Solis and Nicole W. Giuliano have joined the Community Association legal practice group in the firm’s Miramar office. The office centralizes all attorneys, paralegals and staff dedicated to assisting condominium and homeowner associations in collections and foreclosure matters, serving clients from the Keys to the Treasure Coast.
Ms. Solis served in the U.S. Army Reserves with deployments overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2005 and 2009-2010. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Hightower, Stratton, Wilhelm in Miami.
She is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law and the University of Connecticut, B.S. 2001.
Ms. Giuliano practiced law for Legal Services of Greater Miami prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff. The non-profit represents low income families in subsidized housing, eviction and foreclosure actions. Earlier she held positions with the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office and with Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben, & Waxman in Miami.
She is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Central Florida, B.A. 2006.
