Donna DiMaggio Berger, shareholder with our Community Association practice group, was published by the Miami Herald in a September 20 op-ed piece titled “Community Associations Need to be Hurricane-Proof, Too.” Donna’s article discusses some of the key steps community association boards and their managers can take, both before and after major storms, to best prepare for and recover from weather-related events like Hurricane Irma.
