The White House and Congress have reached an interim “Phase 3.5” coronavirus funding deal that increases the appropriation level for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) by over $310 billion and appropriates an additional $10 billion for Emergency Economic Injury Disaster Grants (EIDL).
