Benjamin Johnson is an attorney in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice. He represents clients through all aspects of litigation and mediation. His experience includes performing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and conducting extensive research and analysis on complex procedural and substantive legal issues.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida, and gained experience with corporate counsel for the Hertz Corporation. While in law school, Mr. Johnson served as senior editor of the Law Review and graduated with honors in the top 15 of his class. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board.
Prior to law school, Mr. Johnson graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a degree in finance and economics. Mr. Johnson was a Patriot League Champion as a member of the football team and a recipient of the Fordham Scholar Athlete Award for Excellence.
