Bio

Guy Novo is a tax and trusts and estates attorney with more than 35 years of experience practicing with international law firms, multinational corporations, and in private practice. He has handled a broad range of domestic and international tax matters and business transactions. These include the tax planning for US companies establishing cellular telephone service in the United Kingdom and Thailand, restructuring a multinational conglomerate for acquisition by a US company, managing state tax issues with multi-million dollar asset acquisitions, representing corporate and individual clients involved in tax controversies at the federal, state and local levels, and personal planning for wealthy individuals.

Mr. Novo has been an adjunct professor at St. John’s University School of Law since 1999, teaching Legal Research and Writing and, beginning with the Spring term of 2013, Drafting Wills and Trust Instruments.

Mr. Novo is a director of the Hartsdale Park Civic Association, and also a Director and a member of the Finance Committee of St. Christopher’s Inn, a substance abuse rehabilitation facility located in Garrison, New York.
