April 26, 2023 – New York, NY – Becker & Poliakoff Corporate and International Practice Group teams assisted Persico S.p.A in their acquisition of CHH, Inc. (d/b/a Precision Mold Services), a leading U.S. rotomoulding service provider based in Minnesota. The transaction closed on April 20, 2023.
The Becker team was led by corporate shareholder and Europe & Latin America practice group chair Gabriel Monzon Cortarelli with assistance from employment shareholder Jamie B. Dokovna, Tax of counsel Guy Novo and corporate associate Valeria Angelucci. The Becker team provided support on all legal matters of the transaction to Persico S.p.A.’s Rotational Division led by Claudia Persico, VP & Rotational and Director at Persico Group, and finance and legal teams lead by, respectively, CFO Paolo Tessarolo and General Counsel Mirko Nava.
