Austin Lu is an associate attorney in Becker’s Corporate Practice Group, specializing in banking and finance. His expertise encompasses acquisitions, restructuring, and domestic and cross-border transactions. In his role, Mr. Lu represents a diverse clientele, including banks, alternative lenders, agents, arrangers, and borrowers in international and domestic matters.
Mr. Lu is a licensed attorney in New York. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and French. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2022. During law school, he served as a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
