Bio

Ludovico G Rossi is an attorney in Becker’s International Practice Group, based in the firm’s European hub in Milan, Italy. He specializes in handling complex cross-border transactions. His expertise spans corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ludovico has represented clients in high-value deals, including joint ventures, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and comprehensive due diligence processes for cross-border acquisitions. His work has played a pivotal role in major renewable energy projects across Europe, providing strategic legal counsel on critical agreements and transaction frameworks.

Prior to joining Becker, Mr. Rossi practiced as special counsel at a boutique law firm in New York, where he advised U.S. and international clients on private equity, corporate governance, and complex business structuring. More recently, he worked at a prominent Italian law firm, contributing to its Corporate and M&A teams and gaining further expertise in European markets.

Mr. Rossi earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, where he was awarded the merit-based Dean’s Graduate Award. He also holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Law, as well as a summa cum laude Juris Doctorate from the University of Bologna.
