What woman inspires you and why?
My Mom who is currently going through chemotherapy for the third time. She inspires me with her courage, strength and continued positive attitude.
If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Ina Garten. I would love to talk to her about what she has learned in her life journey with food. And who wouldn’t want to have dinner with the Barefoot Contessa?
What advice (professional or personal) would you give your younger self?
To do what inspires you and brings you joy and not worry so much about other people’s opinions and expectations.
What led you to the practice of law and/or to your specific area of law?
I was an English major in college but took a business law class in college and just loved it. Then I worked for a solo practitioner for a year before going to law school which confirmed for me that is what I wanted to do.
What has living through a global pandemic taught you?
It has taught me the importance of being able to adapt to new situations and that family really is the most important part of life.
