David J. Moscoso is an attorney in Becker’s Government Law and Lobbying Practice, specializing in Environmental and Land Use Law. As land use counsel, Mr. Moscoso successfully navigates complex regulatory landscapes, obtaining approvals and permits for environmental projects. He also represents clients in zoning matters, including expansion and residential property variance.
Mr. Moscoso actively contributes to the legal community, participating in the Eminent Domain and Government Advocacy Committees within the Florida Bar. In his free time, he serves as a Board Member for District 12 on the Miami-Dade County Housing Finance Authority. Mr. Moscoso earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law and is fluent in Spanish.
