David Ramsey serves as Chair Emeritus of Becker’s New Jersey Community Association practice group. He concentrates his practice in community association law, having represented community associations in New Jersey for over 35 years. His experience also includes significant representation of clients in commercial real estate, zoning and planning law. David routinely lectures and writes for publication to other attorneys on a national and state basis, as well as presenting programs to board members, managers, and other professionals in the community association field. He has and continues to serve in various leadership positions. In each of his leadership roles David has been a motivating force in connection with the drafting of legislation critical to the community association world.
