In Memoriam – Lee H. Burg, (1952-2019)

Becker mourns the loss of our friend and colleague, Lee Burg, who passed away on Monday, March 4th, after a short illness. Lee had been with the firm for 37 years and was a shareholder in our Community Association Practice.

In memory of Lee, the Firm has created an annual scholarship which awards $5,000 to a deserving law student at the University of Miami School of Law. Beloved by all, Lee’s intellect, wit, and tireless charm are the hallmarks of his remarkable character. With this scholarship we honor his memory.
