In addition to the more traditional commercial leasing, we have also negotiated credit-tenant leases, build-to-suit leases, sale-leaseback transactions, as well as the extension, modification, and disposition of leases.

• Drafting and reviewing lease agreements related to Ground Leasing, Office Leasing, Build to Suit Leasing, Retail Leasing, Industrial Leasing, Government Leasing, Submerged Land Leases, and Sale Leaseback Transactions
• Negotiating key terms, including rent, term, options, and renewal rights
