Overview

Ashley R. Tulloch is a senior litigation attorney in Becker’s Condominium, Co‑Op & HOA Practice, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. She focuses her practice on community association law, representing condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of litigation, governance, and operational matters. Ms. Tulloch works closely with boards of directors and property managers to provide strategic legal counsel, practical solutions, and effective advocacy in complex disputes.

Ms. Tulloch has extensive experience handling civil litigation and appellate matters involving community associations, including covenant enforcement, breach of contract claims, construction lien foreclosures, and association lien foreclosures. She also advises associations on corporate governance and statutory compliance under Florida Statutes Chapter 718, Florida Statutes Chapter 720, Florida Statutes Chapter 607, and Florida Statutes Chapter 617. In her role as general counsel to associations, she regularly assists with elections, amendments to governing documents, contract negotiation and review, insurance claims, title and real estate matters, and owner disputes.

Ms. Tulloch earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, majoring in Classics (Latin) and Social Justice.

She is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, and Illinois, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Tulloch is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) and a Florida Notary Public, giving her additional insight into the operational and regulatory issues facing community associations.
