Overview
Austin Lu is an associate attorney in Becker’s Corporate Practice Group, specializing in banking and finance. His experience encompasses various domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, such as acquisition finance, restructuring finance, asset-based lending and factoring. In his role, Mr. Lu represents a diverse clientele, including agent/arranger banks, private credit lenders, and borrowers.
Mr. Lu is licensed to practice in New York. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2022. During law school, he served as a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. He was an associate in the leveraged finance group of another international law firm’s New York office before joining Becker.
