Overview
Benjamin M. Koester is an attorney in Becker’s Business Litigation Practice, based in the firm’s Orlando office. He represents businesses and other clients in complex commercial disputes, providing strategic counsel at every stage of litigation.
Mr. Koester’s practice has spanned a diverse range of Florida state law matters and select federal cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, commercial litigation, professional liability, negligent securities, medical malpractice, and other complex civil disputes. He has experience handling cases from pre-suit investigation and motion practice through jury trial and verdict.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas, double majoring in Communications and Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, University Park, where he served as Chair of the Criminal Justice Fellowship and Head of the Fellowship Committee, and as Events Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Outside the office, Ben enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and traveling.
