Brandon R. McDowell’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, construction defect, and community association litigation. In addition, he handles residential real estate transactions, construction litigation matters including issues involving construction contracts and liens, general real estate matters, developer related issues and landlord/tenant matters in arbitration, state court and federal court.
Prior to joining Becker, Mr. McDowell was a managing attorney in the Orlando office of a multi-state law firm where he practiced all aspects of litigation including motion practice, depositions, discovery and trial.
EXPERIENCE
- Successfully defended multinational corporations, theme parks, insurance companies and governmental entities in all aspects of tort litigation including premises and commercial vehicle liability.
- Successfully litigated hundreds of cases from inception to judgment via mediation, motion practice, bench trials, summary judgment and mediation.
- Successfully represented multinational and local corporations throughout the state of Florida in real estate, finance and mortgage litigation.
