Overview

Brittany N. Hulbert focuses her practice on community association law, advising condominium and homeowners association boards on a variety of legal matters including governance, compliance, and dispute resolution. She works closely with association clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and ensure their operations align with state and local requirements.

Ms. Hulbert also has litigation experience handling commercial disputes, employment matters, landlord-tenant issues, and insurance claims. She is skilled in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and motions to participating in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments in both state and federal courts. She also conducted third-party investigations for educational institutions and authored comprehensive investigation reports.

Ms. Hulbert earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor for the New York Law School Law Review and was awarded the Daniel Finkelstein Writing Award for excellence in landlord-tenant law scholarship. She graduated magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a dual focus in Political Science and English.
