Overview

Christine N. DiFillippo is an attorney in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice, based in the firm’s Orlando office. She represents developers, contractors, and community associations in a variety of construction-related matters, including contract disputes, construction defect claims, and litigation strategy.

Christine has a strong foundation in civil litigation and extensive experience drafting pleadings and discovery, participating in depositions and hearings, and negotiating resolutions to help clients avoid prolonged litigation. Her approach is grounded in strategic analysis, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Prior to entering private practice, Christine served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Hoffman, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the Burlington County Superior Court in New Jersey. There, she gained hands-on experience in courtroom procedures, legal research, and order drafting, while managing a high-volume docket in a fast-paced environment.
