Overview

Colleen is a member of Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, and HOA practice group, representing condominium and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of legal disputes. Known for her efficient and client-focused approach, Colleen works closely with board members and property managers to resolve conflicts while protecting the long-term interests of the communities she serves.

Early in her career, Colleen served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mac R. McCoy in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In that role, she worked on both civil and criminal cases, gaining valuable insight into complex legal matters and federal court procedure. Colleen earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law, where she also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review.

Originally from Kansas City, Colleen is a die-hard Kansas City sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with her husband and their dog, and discovering the best local restaurants and breweries around the Tampa Bay area.
