Overview

Colton P. Beck is an attorney in Becker’s Tampa office and a member of the firm’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice. He represents community associations in a broad range of matters, including covenant enforcement, collections, disputes, and day-to-day governance issues. Colton is committed to providing responsive, practical counsel to boards and property managers, helping communities navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Colton brings significant courtroom experience to his practice, having handled matters from inception through trial. Prior to joining Becker, he served as an assistant public defender in Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, where he represented clients in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases.

Known for his empathy, communication, and diligent approach, Colton applies the same dedication and attention to detail to his work with community associations across Florida.

Colton earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Finance from the University of South Florida.
