Overview

David R. Castellucci is a Senior Attorney in Becker’s Real Estate Practice, where he represents lenders, financial institutions, developers, and commercial clients in a wide range of real estate transactions and financial services matters. His practice spans commercial real estate, lending, regulatory compliance, and related litigation, allowing him to deliver comprehensive, business-focused solutions across complex legal and financial issues.

David advises clients throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. He represents buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in matters involving due diligence, contract negotiation, loan documentation, and closings, and has structured and closed multimillion-dollar commercial loan transactions. He also assists clients with title insurance matters and is authorized to issue title insurance policies.

In addition to his transactional practice, David represents banks and financial institutions in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, foreclosures, collections, lender liability, and bankruptcy-related matters. He has experience litigating claims under state and federal consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and regularly counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues affecting the financial services industry.

David earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and his undergraduate degrees in management and political science from the University of Central Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
