Bio
Gabrielle O. Sliwka is an attorney in Becker’s Business Litigation practice and based in the Fort Lauderdale office. She routinely represents national and international companies in complex business and commercial matters and has experience with breach of contract, white collar, government investigations, and consumer protection cases. She has represented clients in complex healthcare litigation under statutes relating to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. She also participated in the Pro Se Project, representing civil litigants who would otherwise go without representation.
Ms. Sliwka is licensed to practice in Florida and Minnesota. She is part of the Membership Committee of the Federal Bar Association and is Secretary of the Brazilian Lawyer Association.
She is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the University of Minnesota Law School.
