Overview
Garrett Moon is an attorney in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, general liability, and insurance/bad faith matters, representing clients with a results-driven and analytical approach.
Mr. Moon earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2023. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Rachel E. Nordby at the Florida First District Court of Appeal, Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, and Vice-Chair of Special Events for the Moot Court Team. He received the Pro Bono Recognition Award for completing more than 150 hours of service and the Book Award in Strategic Case Management in Florida.
Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Florida, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration.
