Overview
Shane Warmington is a senior attorney in Becker’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA practice, specializing in community association law, and litigation.
Mr. Warmington leads the Collections Department. In his role as head of the Collections Department, he represents large Condominium and Homeowners Associations, offering legal counsel in board meetings and handling collection matters, including liens, foreclosure, sheriff sales, and proof hearings. In his role as the lead attorney for collections, Mr. Warmington routinely provides guidance to Management for various Associations. Mr. Warmington is also well-versed in analyzing and drafting contracts and amendments, as well as enforcing the requirements of an Association’s governing documents accordingly.
Mr. Warmington is a licensed attorney in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Warmington is also admitted to the District Court of New Jersey where he regularly appears on bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Warmington earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2005. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney at the Washington College of Law Asylum Clinic, representing asylum seekers. Additionally, he provided mentorship and counseling to at-risk adolescents in juvenile detention.
