Shane Warmington is a senior attorney in Becker’s Community Association Practice, specializing in Landlord/Tenant Law, Community Association Law, Municipal Law, and Litigation. He represents large condominium/HOAs, offering legal counsel in board meetings and handling collection matters, including liens, foreclosure, sheriff sales, and proof hearings. He earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2005. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney at the Washington College of Law Asylum Clinic, representing asylum seekers.
