Overview
Jessica is a member of Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, and HOA practice group, where she represents condominium and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of litigation and governance matters. Known for her passionate and results-driven approach, Jessica works closely with boards and property managers to help communities navigate legal challenges effectively and efficiently.
Before joining Becker, Jessica represented community associations, general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in construction-related and real property disputes. Her experience spans both litigation and advisory roles, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the legal issues facing community associations.
Jessica earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated as Valedictorian. An article she penned, “Pay or Die: Evaluating the United States Insulin Pricing Crisis and Realistic Solutions to End It,” explored complex healthcare policy issues and was published in the Stetson Law Review. She also holds a B.S. from the University of South Florida.
A 2025 graduate of the Tampa Jewish Community Centers & Federation’s Hope Cohen Barnett Leadership Institute, Jessica enjoys connecting with her community. Outside of work, she loves exploring local coffee shops with her husband, Ben, and spending time with family and friends.
