Bio
John W. Windle is a Senior Attorney in Becker’s National Construction Litigation Practice Group and works out of the firm’s Orlando office.
Mr. Windle has secured multi-million-dollar settlements in multiple cases for clients across Florida. He attributes part of this success to the experience he gained early in his career defending insurance companies. This background gave him valuable insights into how insurers operate, enabling him to secure the best possible settlements and judgments for his clients.
He has handled matters including construction defect, slip and fall, auto negligence, class action, breach of contract, declaratory action, medical malpractice, first party actions, and many more. Mr. Windle has also dedicated years of his career to helping homeowners secure insurance coverage for property damage in First Party Homeowner’s Insurance Claims.
He has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by the Best Lawyers in America Publication two years in a row. He is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyer Section.
Mr. Windle’s passion for litigation came from his grandfather, who still practices law full time in El Paso, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, camping, playing rugby, and spending time with his family and dogs.
