Overview
Jose Estigarribia is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes. He is a member of Becker’s Business Litigation practice and is based in the firm’s Bradenton office, where he advises businesses, property owners, and individuals across a wide range of contested matters.
Mr. Estigarribia’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including disputes involving business valuations, contract issues, and commercial and residential real estate matters. He brings extensive courtroom experience to every case, having successfully tried matters involving financial disputes, equitable distribution issues, and other high-stakes litigation. His background as a former attorney with the Manatee County State Attorney’s Office informs his strategic approach to civil enabling him to anticipate risk, build compelling cases, and position clients for favorable outcomes.
A lifelong member of the Bradenton community, Jose was raised in Bradenton and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation among the community, both with the court and fellow attorneys.
Jose is actively involved in the local community. He has served on the St. Joseph’s Catholic School Advisory Board and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 5604. He is fluent in Spanish and is engaged in local Hispanic and Latino initiatives. Outside of his legal practice, Jose enjoys fishing, soccer, tennis, and spending time with his family.
