Overview

Joshua S. Fittler is an attorney in Becker’s Orlando office and a member of the firm’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice. He represents community associations in a wide range of matters, including covenant enforcement, collections, contract disputes, and general association governance. Joshua works closely with boards and property managers to provide practical, solutions-oriented counsel tailored to the day-to-day needs of community associations.

Joshua brings a strong litigation background to his practice, with experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. He is skilled in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and developing case strategies, and is known for his ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he focused on business law and gained hands-on legal experience supporting attorneys across a variety of matters. Joshua received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology, cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
