Overview
Khaliyah Pugh is based in Becker’s Doylestown office and is a member of Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, & HOA practice. She represents community associations and assists clients with the legal issues that arise in the governance and operation of their communities. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and approaches every matter with diligence, attention to detail and a practical perspective.
A South Jersey native, Khaliyah earned her bachelor’s degree in Pan-Africana Studies, magna cum laude, from Lincoln University in 2019. She received her law degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law in 2024, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and active member of the Black Law Students Association.
Outside of work, Khaliyah is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and enjoys traveling. She resides in Montgomery County with her husband and their dog, Bruce.
