Malia-Lyn T. Fushikoshi is an attorney in Becker’s Construction Practice Group based in the firm’s Orlando office. She represents and advises clients across all phases of construction, providing both litigation and transactional support to owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals.
Malia-Lyn assists clients with the drafting, review, and negotiation of construction contracts, and regularly counsels on risk management strategies to help avoid disputes before they arise.
