Overview
Marco Del Grosso is an attorney in Becker’s International and Corporate Practice Groups, working out of the firm’s Milan and New York offices. His practice focuses on cross-border corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on joint ventures, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic international transactions.
Marco advises entrepreneurs, businesses and investors navigating multi-jurisdictional legal issues and helping them align their U.S. and European operations, capitalize on inbound and outbound investments, and structure complex commercial agreements.
Before joining Becker, Marco served as a Corporate & Tax Associate at a New York based firm, where he advised on a broad range of commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions, and acted as general counsel to corporations and LLCs.
Marco earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he served as Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
He is admitted to practice in New York and is fluent in Italian and English, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
