Michael Crampton is an attorney in Becker’s Business Litigation Practice. He has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 clients in complex litigation cases involving insurance bad faith, both at the state and federal levels. He has successfully managed over 100 cases and has been responsible for various legal tasks, including drafting pleadings, conducting thorough research, preparing written and paper discovery, and drafting motions and court filings. He has also been actively involved in deposition proceedings, both conducting and defending depositions, as well as preparing witnesses for their testimonies during depositions and trials. Michael has played crucial roles in evaluating and analyzing insurer claims handling practices on a case-by-case basis, specifically assessing potential extra-contractual exposure.
His experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the appellate process and the ability to effectively present persuasive arguments on behalf of his clients at the appellate level.
