Bio
Nicolas M. Jimenez is a Community Association attorney in the Miami office. Mr. Jimenez has experience representing clients in Florida state and federal courts and has a diverse range of subject matters, including matters relating to contractual disputes, non-compete litigation, intracorporate disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, employment disputes, class actions, and condominium related litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Jimenez is also a member of the Florida Bar, the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Jimenez earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Florida International University in 2012, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2016. Throughout law school, Mr. Jimenez worked with in-house counsel for Warner Music Latina on transactional matters and worked with the University of Miami’s Investor Rights Clinic to represent investors in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Following graduation, Mr. Jimenez had the privilege to work for the Honorable Celeste Hardee Muir at the 11th Judicial Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County and subsequently worked at a boutique commercial litigation firm.
