Overview
Rayaan A. Hossain focuses his practice on business litigation, representing companies and individuals in a variety of complex commercial disputes. With a background in trial and appellate court, his experience brings a practical understanding of commercial, real estate, and probate and trust litigation. In 2025, Mr. Hossain earned recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining Becker, Rayaan practiced at a Florida-based law firm where he handled a range of civil litigation matters for clients across the state. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Alexander S. Bokor in the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, gaining firsthand exposure to appellate advocacy and judicial reasoning.
Rayaan also participated in the University of Miami School of Law’s Investor Rights Clinic, where he represented underserved investors in securities arbitration proceedings. His scholarship on securities regulation was published in the University of Miami Business Law Review.
