Overview
Ryan L. Pardue is a shareholder in Becker’s Tampa office and a litigator in the firm’s Construction Law & Litigation Practice. He focuses his practice on complex construction defect and commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on representing condominium, homeowners’, and multifamily residential communities in disputes involving design deficiencies, building envelope failures, water intrusion, structural defects, and contractor liability.
Ryan brings nearly two decades of litigation experience spanning construction law, real estate-related disputes, land use matters, and high-stakes trial advocacy. He has extensive experience representing community associations and property owners through all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, mediation, and arbitration / trial.
Before joining Becker, Ryan served as a shareholder at a national litigation firm where he played a key role in establishing and expanding its Florida presence, with an exclusive focus on multi-family and residential construction defect litigation involving townhome and high-rise communities. He has successfully handled numerous complex defect claims and was part of trial teams in multiple multi-day arbitration proceedings, including a 19-day arbitration that resulted in a $19.48 million award on behalf of an 82-unit residential townhome community, exclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs.
Ryan has developed strong working relationships with engineers, contractors, consultants, and industry experts throughout Florida, allowing him to provide clients with practical, results-driven counsel informed by both legal strategy and real-world construction considerations.
Earlier in his career, Ryan served as a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Labor, where he managed a nationwide caseload involving mine safety and health violations and conducted twelve federal administrative trials before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission. His broad litigation background also includes experience in land use, municipal hearings, property disputes, and prosecutorial trial work.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The College of William & Mary.
He is admitted to practice in Florida and Colorado.
