Overview
Sara is a member of Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, and HOA practice group, where she represents condominium and homeowners’ associations in a broad range of matters. Her practice focuses on assessment collection and foreclosure actions, covenant enforcement, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Sara works closely with board members and property managers to help them navigate challenges efficiently and set realistic, sustainable goals for their communities.
Sara’s litigation experience also includes construction defect claims, real estate fraud, defamation, first-party property insurance disputes, and professional negligence. She understands that many clients are unfamiliar with the litigation process and prioritizes clear, consistent communication and thoughtful case strategy every step of the way.
A strong advocate for access to justice, Sara has performed pro bono work for St. Michael’s Legal Center, where she represented low-income clients in various civil matters.
A Tampa native, Sara enjoys experimenting with new recipes, discovering hidden-gem restaurants across the Tampa Bay area, and traveling—especially when food is involved. She studied abroad in Italy during undergrad and in Oxford during law school.
