Overview
Sean is a member of Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, and HOA practice group, based in the firm’s Tampa office. He represents condominium and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of legal matters and brings a practical, trial-ready approach to litigation. With significant courtroom experience, Sean is known for managing cases efficiently while advocating tenaciously on behalf of his clients.
Sean’s background includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases—from murder and armed robbery to traffic homicide, fraud, and drug trafficking. His years in the courtroom have made him a confident and strategic litigator, capable of handling even the most complex disputes.
Outside of the office, Sean enjoys performing songs while on the piano. He’s also a dedicated long-distance runner and successfully completed a full marathon in 2016. Always open to new experiences and connections, Sean lives by the Will Rogers quote: “I never met a man I didn’t like.”
