Overview
Shannon E. Burrini is a senior attorney in Becker’s Condo, Co-Op, & HOA practice, where she focuses on collections, foreclosures, and creditors’ rights matters. Based in the firm’s Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office, she represents community associations, lenders, and property owners in a broad range of matters involving assessment collections, mortgage and tax sale certificate foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and related real estate litigation.
With nearly a decade of experience, Shannon advises clients through every stage of the collections and foreclosure process, helping them navigate complex legal issues while developing practical, cost-effective solutions. She has extensive experience drafting and litigating motions, negotiating settlements, managing foreclosure actions from inception through final judgment, and representing clients in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Becker, Shannon served as General Counsel for a New Jersey real estate investment and property management company, where she advised on landlord-tenant matters, tax sale certificate foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings, municipal code compliance, real estate transactions, and property management operations. She also previously practiced creditors’ rights law at a New Jersey firm, representing lenders and creditors in residential and commercial foreclosure actions, bankruptcy matters, and municipal property disputes.
Earlier in her career, Shannon served as a law clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Office of Foreclosure, where she reviewed foreclosure motions, objections, writs, and related filings and conducted legal research supporting foreclosure proceedings.
