Sunia Yvette Marsh is a Senior Attorney in Becker’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice, based in the firm’s Sarasota office. An accomplished trial lawyer, Sunia brings decades of litigation, regulatory, and risk management experience to her representation of condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations throughout Florida. She represents community associations in covenant enforcement disputes, governance challenges, contract and vendor conflicts, insurance-related matters, and other complex litigation impacting community operations. Known for her analytical strength and strategic courtroom presence, Sunia provides boards with clear, decisive guidance while protecting their legal and financial interests.

Prior to joining Becker, Ms. Marsh held senior leadership roles within a national insurance organization managing multiple statewide and national branch legal offices where she oversaw complex liability, personal injury protection, uninsured motorist, commercial, and property litigation. During her career Ms. Marsh has handled matters through every stage of the legal process—from pre-suit investigation and discovery to mediations, arbitrations, summary judgment hearings, bench trials, and jury verdicts. She began her career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, and as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, where she litigated administrative matters and advised on regulatory compliance. She has also provided legal services for guardians and families in estate planning, probate, and subrogation matters.

Ms. Marsh earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she received the Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award. She is also a proud RedHawk earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miami University.
