Overview
William is a member of Becker’s Community Association practice group, where he brings more than a decade of litigation experience to his representation of condominium and homeowners associations. He is known for his detail-oriented approach to legal matters, particularly in the areas of collections and association governance, where precision and consistency are key to successful outcomes.
In addition to his legal practice, William is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent and a small business owner, giving him a unique perspective on the operational and ownership challenges his clients face. His business experience further informs his practical and client-focused approach to resolving disputes and advising boards.
Outside of the office, William enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, running, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
