Overview
Zoe R. Tarrete is an attorney in Becker’s Tampa office and a member of the firm’s Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice. She represents condominium, homeowners’, and cooperative associations in a broad range of legal matters, providing practical guidance on governance, covenant enforcement, collections, contracts, statutory compliance, and dispute resolution. Zoe works closely with community association boards and property managers to help clients navigate the day-to-day legal and operational challenges facing Florida communities.
Prior to joining Becker, Zoe practiced in the areas of general liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, and construction litigation. Her litigation background enables her to provide strategic counsel to community associations while effectively advocating for clients when disputes arise.
