Steven B. Lesser Selected as Arbitrator for AAA Construction Mega Project Panel

Lesser, chair of the firm’s national Construction Law and Litigation practice, has been selected as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Construction Mega Project Panel.
The American Arbitration Association, in conjunction with lawyers and construction industry professionals who specialize in construction mega projects, established a unique panel of construction arbitrators in 2016. The AAA Construction Mega Project Panel is comprised of the top construction arbitrators as rated by counsel on construction mega projects.
Arbitrators were selected utilizing a rating committee made up of a diverse group of advocates and in-house counsel representing owners, contractors, design professionals and insurers with experience in disputes arising out of significant construction and infrastructure projects.
Board Certified in Construction Law, Lesser’s construction law and litigation practice focuses on construction claim disputes, drafting construction documents and alternative dispute resolution. He is ranked tier one by Chambers USA in Florida for construction law and construction mediation.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and previously served on the Board of Governors. He has also received several awards from the Florida Bar and ABA for his work in the construction industry. He is past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law.
