Steven previously served as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke, managing the legislative portfolio of issues under jurisdiction of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce; specifically the Communications and Technology, Consumer Protection and Commerce, and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittees.
