Becker Advises Golden Path Acquisitions Through Multi-Million Dollar IPO

Conducted in the United States, the IPO was completed on June 24, 2021 and raised $57,500,000.

Becker attorneys Bill Huo, Brian Daughney, and Samantha Lesser provided legal and business counsel throughout the IPO process. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acted as book-running manager for the offering, and Brookline Capital Markets, a division of Arcadia Securities, LLC, acted as co-manager.

Golden Path Acquisition Corporation is a newly organized blank check company formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. (These entities are commonly called “SPACS”.) The Company’s efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region.

Golden Path’s securities are listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol GPCOU and commenced trading on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
