For the second consecutive year, Becker partnered with The FLITE Center to host a meaningful day of mentorship and networking for Broward County foster youth who are aging out of the system.
Take a look at the video which is a compilation of events from the day, highlighting special guest speakers and the various career-mentoring booths where FLITE participants had the opportunity to learn important life skills such as building a resume, interviewing, and tying a tie. A panel of local community leaders spoke about their experiences overcoming adversity and FLITE participants even heard from two NFL football players who were in attendance.
