The LEED Green Associate certification is awarded to professionals who demonstrate the ability to understand and support green design, construction, and operations.

He has published more than a dozen articles on bidding procedures and protests.

Mr. Stempler received his JD Degree Cum Laude from the Florida International University College of Law and his BS degree from the University of Miami. Prior to attending law school Mr. Stempler was a television news writer and producer.
