Rosalyn Frazier firmly believes that your desire to be great should never outweigh your desire to be of great service – a heart-centered philosophy that infuses every decision she makes as CEO of Broward Community & Family Health Center. It is vital to acknowledge those obstacles only as far as you must to resolve and remove them. Your focus, however, should never waiver from the ultimate goal – making life better for the underserved.
